Several years ago I was practicing several times per week and loving my practice, but something was missing.
I was doing a strong vinyasa practice and while I didn’t want to lose that, I was also craving a more feminine style of movement.
For a while I had a strong desire to incorporate dance movements into my yoga practice, but I didn’t have a clear vision of where to start. Instead, for that time, I found the balance I needed by taking dance classes in addition to my yoga practice.
The young woman in the video below has done a beautiful job of combining the power and grace of dance with traditional yoga asana. Enjoy & Namaste!
